    Guang Dong Kingdom Law Firm is a partnership law firm established in ShenZhen with the approval of Justice Bureau of Guangdong Province. Kingdom has more than 30 practice lawyers who all graduated from the famous institutions of high education home or abroad, and 19 of them have Doctorate or Master's degree in law science. Kingdom has set up the economic legal affairs department, civil legal affairs department, criminal legal affairs department, asset and company legal affairs department, real estate’s and financial legal affairs department, executive affairs department, office, and reference materials (file) room etc. The firm has a top-grade office building with an area of 1100 square meters. Of more than 200 law firms in Shenzhen, Kingdom is one of the most comprehensive law firms which have the most number of practice lawyers, the largest scale, and all-round legal services .We provide services focusing on legal consultant of enterprises and institutions, the economic lawsuit, civil and commercial litigation, defense for economic crimes and other crimes, real estate’s and financial project legal affairs and other non-litigation legal affairs. Since establishment, we have already served as legal consultants of more than 300 enterprises and institutions, acting and ending of more than 2000 litigious cases. We have also provided non-litigation legal services for more than 900 cases concerning enterprise restructuring of assets, mergers and acquisitions, purchase and real estate’s projects. Some of the cases have produced very good social response in Shenzhen and even throughout the whole country.

     广东竞德律师事务所系经广东省司法厅批准成立的深圳市合伙制律师事务所之一，现有30多名执业律师，均毕业于国内外著名高等学府,19人具有法学博士、硕士学位。事务所内设经济法律事务部、民事法律事务部、刑事法律事务部、资产与公司法律事务部、房地产金融法律事务部、执行事务部、办公室、图书资料（档案）室等部门，自有1100平方米高档写字楼，是目前深圳市近200家律师事务所中，执业律师人数最多、规模最大、法律服务门类最齐全的综合性大型律师事务所之一。本所业务重点是企事业单位法律顾问、经济及民商事诉讼、经济犯罪及其他刑事犯罪诉讼辩护、房地产及金融项目法律事务和其他非诉讼法律事务。自成立以来，已担任了300多家企事业单位法律顾问，代理终结的诉讼案2000多件，为企业资产重组、兼并、收购及房地产项目提供法律服务的非诉讼个案900余宗，不少案件在深圳乃至全国都产生了良好的社会反响。
